The anointing flows when you honor the person first, no matter how much i wrote , when it comes to the crucial details , my mind can't seem to focus , respect and honor the person who gives the presentation, it takes efforts and lots of preparation.Your attitude and body language says a lot, smile be more friendly , sincere ,engage in meaningful conversations. Please please don't "lose colour".

If you are a son, you got to be the son.
If you are a man, you got to be the man.

You still have to be a son.
You still have a be a man.

I am still the son.
I am still the man.

But you lose the role , the moment you don't accept the responsiblity that comes with it. With the position , it brings you to the place where you can serve , not using the power for self.
It yields greater efficency and better productivity.
